About the role
Join B&Q as a TradePoint Customer Advisor Apprentice in Wakefield and become the heart of the TradePoint counter. You will engage with trade members daily, understand their business needs, and recommend the right products and services. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships with customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience. You'll work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, gaining valuable skills in service, member engagement, and sales. Key responsibilities include understanding trader needs, identifying the differences between trade and retail customers, and taking ownership of your TradePoint members.
