About the role

Join Balgores Property Services Ltd as an Apprentice Junior Estate Agent in Gravesend. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the property industry. You will be supporting the sales team by conducting property viewings, assisting with sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to business development initiatives. The position requires working Saturdays, with a weekday off in return. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be conducting property viewings and prospecting.

Key duties include registering applicants, managing the database with regular contact, booking viewings by matching properties and responding to leads, obtaining feedback from viewings, and conducting prospecting activities such as calling potential sellers and dropping leaflets. You will also handle various administrative tasks, greet clients, manage morning sales meetings, and ensure adherence to company policies and GDPR. This apprenticeship offers a structured learning environment with training provided by Crown Vocational Training Limited.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 are desired. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, and teamwork skills are essential. A UK driving licence is also required.
