Upon successful completion, there is potential to advance to the Sir Ken Morrison Leadership School, a six-month program designed to kickstart a career in retail management. The role emphasizes providing excellent customer service and utilizing in-store technology for operational tasks like stock counts and gap scans. This is a hands-on role with dedicated training support.
