About the role

Credit Resource Solutions (CRS) is seeking a Customer Service Recoveries Apprentice to join their award-winning team. This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, taking ownership of queries, and working towards positive outcomes. You will listen to customers, understand their circumstances, and negotiate suitable arrangements. The apprenticeship also requires investigating and resolving queries, providing empathetic support to customers facing financial difficulties, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced contact centre. Collaboration with colleagues, adherence to company procedures and regulations, and continuous skill development are essential. This is an office-based role with no hybrid working available.
