About the role

Luxe Watches is seeking an Apprentice Junior Sales Executive to join their team in Epping. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, developing in-depth knowledge of luxury watches, and supporting retail operations. The apprentice will learn effective sales techniques, assist with product demonstrations, handle customer enquiries, and contribute to visual merchandising and stock management. A key part of the role includes developing expertise in various luxury watch brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe, as well as understanding the pre-owned market. The apprentice will also gain experience in digital enquiries and marketing support. This apprenticeship offers a structured learning environment with a recognised Level 2 Retailer Standard qualification, focusing on professional development and career progression within the luxury watch industry.
