About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in customer service and hospitality at The Three Sisters Penwortham. You will be responsible for taking food orders, serving customers, maintaining a clean work area, and engaging with customers to provide recommendations. The role also involves supporting food preparation, handling complaints, collecting customer feedback, and using systems for orders and payments. Upholding high standards of customer service and collaborating with team members are key. Data protection and relevant legislation must be followed. This is a Level 2 apprenticeship.
