About the role
GLL is recruiting 2 Leisure Team Member Apprentices for Wycombe Rye Lido. This apprenticeship offers a career path within the UK's largest leisure provider, focusing on customer experience and people experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling queries and complaints, supporting swimming lessons (qualification dependent), conducting gym inductions, and planning exercise sessions. Apprentices will also support GLL's vision and values, meet training deadlines, and achieve necessary qualifications. The program includes on-the-job training, 20% off-the-job training, and qualifications such as National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), Certificate in Teaching Swimming, and Level 2 Gym Instructor.
