About the role
We are seeking a passionate Production Chef to join our team at Marstons - Curious Cow of Harrogate. In this apprenticeship, you will learn to prep and create dishes from our pub menu, developing valuable culinary skills. You will gain experience in kitchen areas and procedures, working within a fast-paced team environment to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The role requires a passion for delivering high-quality hot food consistently. Upon completion, you will be working towards a Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification over 15 months, with potential for career advancement to Sous Chef. Entry requirements
- Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP. Knowledge or willingness to learn kitchen procedures. Team work and organisation skills.
