About the role
Marstons is seeking a Production Chef Apprentice to join their team at The Flying Shuttle in Haverhill. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in preparing and creating dishes from the pub menu. The role involves learning prepping skills, bringing meals to life, and potentially managing a section of the kitchen. The apprenticeship program, lasting 15 months, will lead to a Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 qualification, including functional skills in Maths and English. Marstons is committed to supporting career progression, with potential to advance to a Sous Chef role. Entry requirements
- Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP. Willingness to learn kitchen procedures and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering quality food.
