About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Chef and Brewer, you will prepare, cook, and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations. You will maintain hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen, communicate clearly with your team, and stay updated on new products and menus. This apprenticeship offers work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Learner Coach every 6 weeks, as well as workplace mentorship. You will also have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses in the Chef Academy to develop expert knowledge and technical skills in various cooking areas.
