About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Greene King, you will prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations. You will maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, communicate clearly with your team, and keep up-to-date with new products and menus. This apprenticeship offers work-based training with face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Learner Coach every 6 weeks, along with a workplace mentor. You will also have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses as part of the Chef Academy.
