About the role

As an Apprentice Chef with Urban Heritage, you will develop your passion for food and create the perfect dish every time. You'll maintain high standards and thrive during fast-paced service, becoming an invaluable member of the kitchen team. Urban Heritage pubs blend traditional character with modern style, offering premium drinks and a menu of classic pub favorites and contemporary dishes.

Your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety, communicating effectively with your team, and staying updated on new products and menus.
