About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Farmhouse Inns, your passion for all things food and the desire to make the perfect dish every time is key. You'll prepare, cook, and present food meeting specifications and customer expectations, while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. You'll communicate clearly with your team to deliver high-quality meals on time and stay updated on new products and menus. This apprenticeship offers work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. It also includes Functional Skills in English and maths if needed. You will join the Chef Academy, attending four masterclasses in different cooking areas.
