About the role

As an Apprentice Chef with Chef and Brewer, you will prepare, cook, and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations. You will maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, communicating clearly with your team to deliver quality meals on time. This role involves keeping up-to-date with new products and menus. The apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training with face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks, along with workplace mentorship. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed. The apprenticeship includes participation in a unique Chef Academy with four masterclasses.
