About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Chef and Brewer, you will prepare, cook, and present food to high standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety regulations. You'll communicate effectively with your team to deliver quality meals on time and stay updated on new menus and promotions. This role offers valuable work-based training through Lifetime Training, including face-to-face sessions and remote coaching, with a dedicated workplace mentor. You'll also gain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed. The apprenticeship includes participation in the Chef Academy, featuring four masterclasses in different cooking areas.
