About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Chef and Brewer, you'll be passionate about food and dedicated to creating the perfect dish. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety, and communicating effectively with your team to ensure timely service. You'll also stay updated on new menus and promotions. The apprenticeship includes on-the-job training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and workplace mentor, functional skills support in English and Maths if needed, and regular reviews. You'll also have the opportunity to join a Chef Academy with four masterclasses to enhance your cooking skills.
