About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Urban Heritage, you will prepare, cook, and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations. You will maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and communicate effectively with your team to deliver quality meals on time. This apprenticeship includes work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and a workplace mentor. You will also have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses as part of the Chef Academy, focusing on expert knowledge and technical skills in different areas of cooking.
