About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Urban Heritage, you'll prepare, cook, and present food to high standards, maintain kitchen hygiene and safety, and communicate effectively with your team. You'll be part of a contemporary pub environment that blends tradition with modern style. This apprenticeship includes work-based training, functional skills in English and Maths (if needed), and regular reviews. You'll also join a Chef Academy with masterclasses in different cooking areas.
