About the role
This IT Assistant Apprenticeship with BATTERIES AND SOLAR LTD offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing business. You will be the first point of contact for IT queries, troubleshooting common issues with computers, software, and printers. Responsibilities include assisting with website maintenance, providing support for internal business systems like Odoo, and helping to manage IT equipment records and documentation. You will also support the introduction of new IT equipment and software. This role requires strong communication, IT, and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The apprenticeship is based at 61 ST. MODWEN ROAD, PLYMOUTH, PL6 8LH and provides a structured learning environment with the possibility of continued employment upon successful completion.
