About the role

As a Data & Operations Technician Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business across order fulfilment and logistics functions. You will work with customer, operational and logistics data to ensure records are accurate, orders are processed efficiently and customers receive excellent service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical data skills while gaining experience in a busy operational environment. You will learn how business data is captured, maintained and used to support decision-making, customer service and operational performance. Duties include processing orders, entering and validating data, maintaining customer records, monitoring data for discrepancies, using business systems for tracking, supporting order management, assisting with customer inquiries, liaising with various teams, processing equipment, supporting shipping, assisting with import/export administration, liaising with logistics providers, supporting purchasing, maintaining operational records, and contributing to improvement projects.
