About the role

Eat IT Drink IT is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to join their team. This role involves providing first-line technical assistance to hospitality businesses across the UK, supporting system installations, diagnosing issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. The apprentice will gain valuable industry skills and experience while contributing to maintaining IT systems and delivering new projects. Entry requirements

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). Must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
