About the role
This apprenticeship offers a Customer Service role at The ReUsers or the WoodShack, part of The Jericho Foundation. Daily tasks include greeting customers, accepting donations, assisting with collections as a driver's mate, sorting items, helping customers find products, handling queries, serving on the till, loading/unloading vehicles, and maintaining site cleanliness and safety. You will gain work skills and be supported to achieve a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service. If you do not have Level 1 English and Maths, you will be supported to achieve this. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical customer service experience and build a career within a social enterprise that uses enterprise to change lives.

- GCSE English: Grade 1-3 or equivalent FS (Desired)
