About the role
Highfield School is seeking a Trainee Data Technician to join their team. This apprenticeship will involve maintaining the accuracy of pupil, parent, and staff records on iSAMS, providing support to staff with iSAMS queries, and assisting with annual processes. You will also be responsible for producing routine reports, supporting pupil report production, and working with the IT Department on system integrations and troubleshooting. Compliance with data protection requirements will be a key responsibility, along with assisting with admissions data entry. The role includes undertaking all required off-the-job training for the Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship standard with Havant and South Downs College. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in data to develop their career in a school environment.
