About the role

This IT Apprentice role at OTALA.MARKETS LTD offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart a career in the technology sector. The apprentice will be responsible for providing first-line IT support, responding to internal queries via various communication channels, and resolving common IT issues. This includes tasks like password resets, managing multi-factor authentication, troubleshooting Outlook and printer problems, and supporting both Mac and Windows devices. The role also involves collaborating with the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP) for issue escalation and assisting with IT improvement projects. A key part of the apprenticeship will be attending dedicated training sessions and completing all required coursework, focusing on areas such as Network Fundamentals, Mobility and Operating Systems, Cloud Fundamentals, and IT Business Principles. Entry requirements

• GCSE English: Grade C (4) or above, GCSE Maths: Grade C (4) or above. GCSE IT and A Level IT are desired.
