About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the National Housing Federation (NHF) for a Desktop Support Engineer. The NHF is the voice of housing associations in England, representing almost 600 organisations that provide homes for around six million people. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining the NHF's ICT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing the helpdesk queue, installing and troubleshooting applications and hardware, and ensuring systems documentation is up-to-date. The role involves working collaboratively with the ICT team to maintain an effective, secure, and resilient IT environment that supports current needs and future technological developments.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Strong communication, IT, problem-solving, and customer care skills are essential.
