About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join SEARCH CONSULTANCY LIMITED as an Apprentice Recruiter in Sheffield City Centre. You will work alongside experienced specialists, learning the full recruitment cycle. Duties include sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, building candidate pipelines, amending CVs, and ensuring successful onboarding. You will also be responsible for maintaining the CRM and ATS, supporting clients with recruitment placements, generating new business leads, and placing job adverts. The ideal candidate will be a team player with energy, passion, and a customer-first approach, possessing excellent communication skills, resilience, and a self-motivated attitude. Previous experience in delivering and meeting targets is essential. This role offers comprehensive on-the-job and off-the-job training, leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification, with great opportunities for career progression within the organisation.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (grades 1-9 or A*-G) and strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, teamwork, initiative, resilience, and confidence skills.
