About the role
Seeking a team player with energy, passion and pride as well as an excellent customer-first approach. It is essential to have experience of delivering and meeting targets with a self-motivated attitude. You will be given the opportunity to work alongside our specialists. Duties include sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates.
During your first year, you will be learning the role, with great opportunities for progression. We are looking for someone that wants to work hard and develop a career within the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for sourcing and contacting quality candidates, screening and qualifying them, building a pipeline, amending CVs, ensuring successful candidates are onboarded, maintaining CRM and ATS systems, and generating new business leads by placing job adverts.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 9-1 (A*-G) or equivalent. Desired skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, administrative skills, teamwork, initiative, resilience, and confidence.
