About the role
SEARCH CONSULTANCY LIMITED is seeking a motivated Apprentice Recruiter to join their team in Liverpool. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists in a fast-paced recruitment environment. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, as well as managing candidate pipelines and maintaining administrative systems. The company is looking for a team player with a customer-first approach, resilience, and excellent communication skills. Successful candidates will embark on a recognized Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification with full on-the-job and off-the-job training provided by Davidson Training UK Limited.
