About the role
SEARCH CONSULTANCY LIMITED is seeking an energetic and passionate Apprentice Recruiter to join their team in Brighton. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists, learn the recruitment trade, and develop a career within the industry. The apprentice will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, building talent pipelines, amending CVs, onboarding successful candidates, maintaining CRM and ATS systems, and generating new business leads. The company has over 35 years of experience in recruitment and is committed to helping clients and candidates reach their goals. Full training, including off-the-job training with Davidson Training UK Ltd, will be provided, leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
