About the role
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Apprentice Recruiter to join our team at SEARCH CONSULTANCY LIMITED in Manchester. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in the recruitment industry, working alongside experienced specialists. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, building candidate pipelines, amending CVs, onboarding successful candidates, and maintaining our CRM and ATS systems. You will also be involved in generating new business leads and placing job adverts. This is a fast-paced role that requires resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection. Full on-the-job and off-the-job training will be provided, leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
