About the role

It is essential to have experience of delivering and meeting targets with a self-motivated attitude. You will be given the opportunity to work alongside our specialists. Duties include sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates.

This is a fast-paced role and requires you to be resilient, have good communication skills and deal with rejection. During your first year, you will be learning the role, with great opportunities for progression. We are looking for someone that wants to work hard and develop a career within the recruitment industry.

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing and contacting quality candidates to qualify their suitability for the roles, screening and qualifying candidates, and building a pipeline of candidates. You will also amend CVs where appropriate, ensure successful candidates are onboarded, maintain our CRM and ATS, and make new connections to generate new business leads.
