About the role
This ICT Apprenticeship at Level 3 with Thorlux Lighting offers a comprehensive training program to equip individuals with the skills needed for efficient IT infrastructure operation and control. The role involves acting as a first point of contact for IT support, logging and resolving 1st line issues, and escalating complex problems. Responsibilities include setting up new starters, managing IT assets, assisting with server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory), cloud services (Microsoft Azure, Entra ID), and network support. Apprentices will also be involved in routine system checks, maintaining documentation, and participating in IT projects. Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
