About the role
Valorem First Ltd is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Digital & AI Support Apprentice to join their growing team in Glasgow. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI and sales technologies while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. The apprentice will support colleagues in adopting digital tools, improving processes, and leveraging AI and technology to enhance team efficiency. Responsibilities include becoming a super user of platforms like ChatGPT and Notion, providing first-line support for digital tools, collaborating with teams to boost productivity, assisting with lead generation and data enrichment, creating AI-powered content, identifying automation opportunities, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate is outgoing, eager to learn, confident in communication, driven, and interested in technology and AI. A UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential. This is a 37.5-hour per week role, Monday to Friday.
