About the role
Valorem First is seeking a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join their team in Glasgow. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional IT environment while working towards a nationally recognised SCQF Level 8 IT Support qualification. The apprentice will provide first-line IT support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, set up and configure IT equipment, support Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, monitor IT systems, manage IT assets, and assist with IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in technology, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and good attention to detail. The apprenticeship includes a structured learning and development programme, dedicated mentor support, and opportunities for career progression. Upon completion, 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment.
