About the role
Sanderson King is seeking its first Recruitment Associate Apprentice to join their specialist executive search firm. This unique opportunity involves working directly with the Founder, playing a key role in shaping the company's future. The apprentice will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential new clients, researching industries and talent pools, speaking with candidates and clients, building relationships, crafting outreach strategies, and supporting brand-building efforts. The role also includes working towards KPIs to generate revenue, managing LinkedIn connections, and providing general office support. This is an excellent chance for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in executive recruitment and business development.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential, along with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
