About the role
Swarm is partnering with Gleeson Homes to recruit Apprentice Sales Executives for their expanding Sales team. This 18-month fixed-term contract offers an excellent pathway for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a commercial mindset, and aspirations for a career in professional sales. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the home-buying process, building robust relationships with clients and colleagues, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities across various channels, and supporting the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Construction teams to meet site and regional sales targets, while simultaneously developing the skills and confidence necessary to transition into a Sales Executive position. This opportunity is based in Leeds and requires travel throughout the region. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is potential for a full-time permanent role within the company.
