About the role

DIGIBROADCAST COMPANY LTD is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team in Chessington. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in sales, gain hands-on experience, and develop crucial skills in sales, business development, and account management. The role involves assisting the sales team with lead generation, following up on inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. Apprentices will learn to identify customer needs, recommend products, build product knowledge, and support CRM system maintenance. Excellent customer service skills are essential for phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, alongside a commitment to completing apprenticeship coursework and training sessions.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English (C/4/Pass) and GCSE Maths (C/4/Pass). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, willing to learn, and possess strong relationship-building skills with a desire to meet targets.
