About the role

Farmfoods is seeking an ambitious Apprentice Retail Supervisor for their Ilford store. This full-time, permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in retail. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting with their shopping needs, and providing efficient and friendly service at the tills. Key duties include handling stock, maintaining shop cleanliness, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, order placement, and supporting the manager in leading the team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude, enjoy a busy work environment, be reliable, and possess a degree of flexibility with shifts. This apprenticeship includes completing a Level 3 Customer Services Specialist standard, with regular support from a dedicated trainer. Upon successful completion of the 15-month program, you will be made a permanent employee with excellent opportunities for career progression within Farmfoods.
