About the role

London South East Colleges is seeking a motivated Lead Generation and Telemarketing Apprentice to join their team. This role focuses on increasing employer engagement by identifying and developing relationships with employers to secure new apprenticeship vacancies. The apprentice will manage inbound and outbound calls and electronic enquiries from learners, providing guidance and support. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate learner contact records, supporting retention and engagement activities, and assisting with administrative tasks, reports, and meeting minutes. The apprentice will also support marketing efforts, re-engage former employers, and maintain CRM data. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and administration within a thriving further education college with multiple campuses.
