About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Be Recruitment team in Leicester as they move forward into a year of growth. If you are confident, driven, money motivated and have excellent communication skills, then this role could be a great pathway for your career.
Key duties include managing and retaining candidate databases, attending client meetings with senior team members, conducting daily and weekly client check-ins, and completing follow-up calls. Accurate record-keeping in line with Employment Legislation is essential. You will be responsible for advertising vacancies using Broadbean, Facebook, and other social media platforms, as well as resourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and engaging with applicants under supervision. The role involves learning and using internal platforms like Matchmaker, providing proactive customer service through check-ins, follow-ups, and client visits where required. You will update relevant managers and team members on work progress and agreed projects. Furthermore, you will support the growth of market share by promoting recruitment services to new and existing businesses and helping to maintain client relationships to maximize margins.

Entry requirements
- GCSE English & maths grade 4-9. Excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, analytical, and teamwork skills are essential.
