About the role
Guided Talent is seeking ambitious individuals for Junior Recruitment Consultant roles in Crawley. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, social, and commercial environment. You will learn to identify and engage with talented candidates, build client relationships, manage live vacancies, match individuals with suitable opportunities, negotiate offers, and develop new business. The role involves daily interaction with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities from scratch, with commission earned on placements. No prior recruitment experience is necessary; energy, confidence, ambition, and a drive to succeed are key. Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (or equivalent). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organizational, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, teamwork, and initiative skills are essential.
