About the role
Start your career in care with our Level 2 Adult Care Apprenticeship. Gain valuable hands-on experience supporting adults with their daily needs while earning, learning, and developing the skills needed for a rewarding career in health and social care.
Duties include assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities. You will help promote mental and physical activities, perform light household tasks, and maintain accurate records. Adherence to Caremark's policies and procedures is essential. You will report any significant changes in a client's health or circumstances to your supervisor and encourage client independence wherever possible.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent. Desired skills include communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, initiative, teamwork, and being logical, non-judgemental, patient, physically fit, flexible, and caring.
