About the role

You will supervise and support pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning. This role involves creating a supportive learning environment, assisting with lesson planning, and monitoring pupil progress. Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, and teamwork skills are essential. Initiative, creativity, patience, and a non-judgemental approach are also required.
