About the role

This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a keen interest in customer service, and are comfortable with computers and communication systems. As an Apprentice Parts Retailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers and technicians have the parts they need, when they need them. Your responsibilities will include using sophisticated computer systems to manage stock, process orders, liaise with colleagues and customers, and develop sales skills to enhance parts sales performance. This role requires strong communication, IT, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail and a proactive approach to teamwork. You may be expected to work Saturdays on a rota basis. Upon successful completion, you will achieve a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship Standard qualification and functional skills in maths and English if required. The employer covers all travel and accommodation costs for the residential training blocks.
