About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join the Payroll Team at Steven Eagell Limited, Britain's largest Toyota and Lexus retailer. As an Apprentice Payroll Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in processing monthly payroll, responding to employee queries, and maintaining employee records using the Workday system. You will develop essential Excel skills for data analysis, assist with statutory payment calculations, and learn about PAYE, National Insurance, and payroll legislation. The role involves collaborating with colleagues across the business and supporting the team with payroll checks and reconciliations. Upon successful completion, there may be an opportunity to progress to a permanent Payroll Assistant role, with potential for further career growth within the company.
