About the role

An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join Steven Eagell Toyota in Worcester. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, meeting customer needs, and are comfortable with computers and communication systems. The Apprentice Parts Advisor will be responsible for coordinating all parts sales to ensure customers and technicians have the parts they require when needed. This involves using sophisticated computer systems to manage stock, liaise with colleagues and customers, and develop selling skills to enhance parts sales performance. The apprenticeship includes a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship Standard qualification, with potential for Functional Skills training. Off-the-job training will be provided on a residential basis, with all associated costs covered by the employer. This is a sales and marketing role requiring focus, excellent communication, and the ability to work well with diverse individuals. Weekend work on a rota basis is expected.
