About the role

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is vital to the smooth running of the aftersales department. Duties will include using systems, equipment and technology to meet the needs of your customers, employing questioning skills to build rapport, understanding internal and external customer needs, and adhering to internal policies and procedures. You will also learn to manage customer expectations, understand your role and responsibilities, and work towards delivering against targets and goals. This is a sales and marketing role requiring focus and the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds. Successful candidates will work Saturdays on a rota basis. Once qualified, there is potential for career progression within the company. The apprenticeship leads to a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship Standard. Off-the-job training involves residential blocks and fortnightly one-to-one sessions, with all travel and accommodation costs covered by the employer.
