About the role
Superior Wellness is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Apprentice to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing first-line IT support to colleagues across the business via various channels, logging and managing IT support tickets, and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. The apprentice will also be responsible for setting up and configuring IT equipment, assisting with user account administration, and supporting IT security measures. Key duties include following IT policies, creating knowledge base articles, and assisting with IT projects under guidance. The apprenticeship offers a solid foundation for a career in IT support, with opportunities for further training and progression to a Level 4 qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths grade 4, GCSE English grade 5, and strong communication, IT, attention to detail, and customer care skills.
