About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Information Communication Technician Apprentice at CLEVELAND CABLE COMPANY LIMITED. You will be involved in a wide range of IT support tasks, including hardware troubleshooting and repair, assisting with IT equipment procurement and inventory, and managing logistics and stock transfers. You will also play a key role in providing helpdesk support to staff, resolving basic hardware and software issues, and performing software installations and setups. Regular maintenance checks on equipment and maintaining accurate IT asset records will also be part of your responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, IT, and problem-solving skills, who is detail-oriented and a good team player.
