About the role

Rowlinson Group Limited is seeking an ICT Support Technician Apprentice to provide first-call support to users, log and resolve IT issues, or escalate them as needed. The apprentice will gain experience in upgrading, installing, configuring, and decommissioning IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include hardware support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, printers, networking equipment, and rack-mounted servers, as well as software support for Microsoft Office, FreshService Ticket System, Microsoft Teams, cloud-based telephone systems, Windows desktop and server, Hyper-V, Sage X3, Exchange On-Line, MS SQL, and bespoke software. A full driving license and own transport are recommended due to the rural location of the site. This role offers exposure to various IT systems and a structured training program with technical professionals limited.
